There's a crisis in "Black Leadership." Mainly, we don't have any!

So how could the builders of the pyramids and the people who have come to define modern "culture" (popular as well as non-white) come to be so dysfunctional at choosing leaders?

This video was excellent and the absolute truth. If we continue to vote in idiots term after term and allow the white to call us out as incompetent buffoons which in turn give them "just cause" to reclaim our cities, we are going to end up share croppers again.

it doesn't matter, like it was said, we need to build our own organizations.

but what we need are out people to actually accept being black as a viable future.

we need a cohort of scholars, mind (psychologist etc.), body (naturopathy, exercise science, and medicinal and herbal PHD), and Engineers ( ergonomic, theoretical, mechanical planners) at the professorial scholar level.

we need these to truly plot and plan out a land space future.

we need to promote and inspire greatness in our scholars, and help them by trusting and carrying out their plans on our behalf.

We were fools for following people like Andrew Young, a person who is a so called civil rights icon yet is always looking for acceptance and validation from white people.

excellent video! Ive seen gentrification with my own 2 eyes, 1st in Harlem NY, then later on in parts of Boston (which has more blacks than one would acknowledge). They were trying to flush blacks out of DC (where I live now), but the DC blacks were a lot more stubborn. Although theyve had success, some plans just outright backfired...........ask anyone from DC about Columbia heights and the DC USA shopping center......

Marion Barry is somewhat a mixed bag from what ive heard.........from what ive heard and read, he has put in a sincere effort to serve his constituents in many cases (how else do you justify voting a crack head back into office??), yet hes a guy that people look up to, but if you ignore some of his accomplishments, hed be the last guy youd have admiration for. BlackAuthority, since were talking about black leaders of major cities, what are your thoughts on the late harold washington of Chicago?

As stated before, an excellent video. I recommend everyone read a book called "Sundown Towns" by James W. Loewen. It shows how all these black cities became majority black in the first place. As the video states, the "White Flight" will reverse, and the city cores will be expelled. It is just a matter of time.
